Description
uFit is a simple workout app which enables its users to regulate their progression through weekly or even monthly updates. It also enables its users to check their weekly/monthly BMI as well as the recommended exercise for having low BMI (underweight), normal BMI, high BMI (overweight). Users will be guided throughout the entire workout step by step with the inclusion of rest period as well as proper form for the exercises.
